The Little Bao space needed to reflect the energy, joy and enjoyment of the food on offer - allowing patrons to grab a quick bite on the run, or linger for a shared feast.
The unusual layout of the tenancy dictated the design of movement and arrangement of space to allow interaction with the exterior and surroundings.
It is adaptable, with the ability to open and close sections of facade as desired - to capture light and air, or create intimate, warm seating areas. Strong angles are exaggerated and counterbalanced to one another, then softened with the introduction of curves and rounded elements.
