Whether we are undertaking a new build, an extension, a renovation or a restoration, our experience across these complimentary disciplines empowers our holistic approach to a space. This allows us to shape spaces in such a way that we ensure the function, flow, look and feel of a project are in keeping with your vision and brief.
Our team will provide a comprehensive Architectural and Interior Design service as well as Project Management and Construction service all under one umbrella.
We take the art and science of design and break it into a process of staged phases based on the practical and measurable outcomes of a project!
Step 1. Concept Design
After assessing essential site conditions and requirements, and undertaking a thorough briefing process with you, we will gain a better understanding of your personality and lifestyle. The concept for your home will be driven by this information – your needs and wants for your home and how you will live in it. We will devise some basic spatial layouts, intentions for an aesthetic direction including fundamental forms and flow of movement; and work through this process with you to ensure we are creating a home that you will love forever.
Step 2. Design Development
Our design team will cultivate the approved concept ideation and develop the design with additional information to support the initial spatial and concept design. This will incorporate layers of technical complexity including preliminary work with external consultants such as engineers, landscape architects, certifiers, energy efficiency, surveyors, and lighting consultants.
Encompassed within the Concept and Design Development phases, we will commence our Interior Design Process. Through this early integration of the Interior Design process of your home, we are ensuring that the outcome will be a cohesive and seamless expression throughout. Our ability to undertake Architecture and Interiors concurrently as the project develops, fortifies both disciplines and allows us to balance the function, flow and aesthetic of all facets of your home simultaneously, never sacrificing one for the other.
You will be presented with diagrammatic plans as well as digital 3D visualizations of your home including fly-through videos and still images that will provide clear understanding of the design – the textures and tones of materials, interaction with natural light and the volumes of spaces. It is our aim to provide you with a clear understanding of the spaces we are designing for you.
Step 3. Planning
At this stage we will assist with the preparation of documents required for review by relevant statutory authorities. We will help you engage relevant consultants to guide the application and approvals process and provide them with all the information they require to facilitate their needs.
Step 4. Documentation
We’re almost ready to build and we’ve finalised the design, let’s get drafting! During this phase we will prepare the relevant documentation needed to construct your home. We will liaise with relevant consultants and trades and work closely with our in-house construction team to facilitate documentation of all facets required to prepare the build team to make the vision a reality.
Step 5. Build + Management
The involvement of both design team and construction team throughout the duration of the build ensures smooth transition of information and action from design to your site as the project is managed cohesively.
Our team will coordinate and assess site works, manage client variations, shop drawings, supplementary information required by builder or trades, and report regularly to our client with regards to site works and progress.
Step 6. Styling
The foundations of your home have been established, the structure, and internal spaces reflect you – now, let’s evolve that a little further and make sure every space is a reflection of your gorgeous personality! During the Interior Design phase, we will start to establish essential footprints and layouts for furniture and will have nominated which walls will house your artwork. Together we will visit relevant suppliers and lock away furniture pieces, engage artists, make selections, and start procuring objects and sculptures.
We will work closely with you to ensure the fabrics, textures and finishes we are selecting are right for you and your space. We will layer in loose pieces and add finishing touches such as flatware, linen, and bedding. Our team will coordinate all your deliveries and be on site for final furniture placement and styling.

We will work closely with you to develop the approved concept at a more technical level. We progress with detailed information to advance the design, including preliminary work with external consultants such as planners, engineers, certifiers, landscape architects and lighting consultants. The forms and layers of spaces begin to evolve beyond the initial idea to incorporate comprehensive specifications and details which will make the concept measurable.
We will work through the interior spaces, carefully interpreting the vision and developing more comprehensive flow of movement, functionality, and visual ideation for each area within your space. Breaking down each zone to ensure they are meeting your needs, consciously addressing the spaces connecting zones, creating an ambience and experience for your clients and team.
